Quotes
All pricing is a starting guide only. Final quotes vary depending on size, design complexity, florals, toppers, flavours and finishing details.
Booking confirmation
An order is not confirmed until the quote has been accepted and the booking requirements have been completed. Dates cannot be held without confirmation.
Design variations
All cakes, cupcakes and cookies are handmade. Small variations in colour, finish, shape and decoration may occur. Inspiration images are treated as references rather than exact copies.
Payments, changes and cancellations
Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your booking, especially for custom, larger or event orders.
Changes to orders
Changes may be possible with enough notice, depending on the design, preparation already completed and supplies ordered. Major changes close to the event date may not be available and may affect pricing.
Cancellations
Cancellation outcomes may depend on how much preparation has already taken place and whether materials have been purchased for your order.
Pickup, transport and cake care
Pickup only
Delivery is not currently available. Orders are pickup only, and pickup details will be provided once your order is confirmed.
Transporting your cake
Cakes should be transported on a flat surface, ideally in the footwell or boot, with the air conditioning on. Avoid placing cakes on seats or laps.
Storage
Keep your cake cool, level and away from direct sunlight or heat. Cakes are best kept indoors in a cool place until serving. Heat, humidity and direct sunlight can affect the finish and structure.
Cake care and responsibility
While every order is carefully prepared for collection, Signature Sweets cannot accept responsibility for damage that occurs after pickup, including damage caused by transport, weather, handling or incorrect storage.
Home business note
Home-based business
Signature Sweets is a small home-based business, where each order is made with care in a private kitchen.
Limited availability
As each order is handmade, only a limited number of bookings can be accepted to ensure every order receives the time and attention it deserves.
Privacy Policy
Information collected
When you submit an enquiry, Signature Sweets may collect your name, email address, phone number, event date and order details so Jo can respond and prepare a quote.
How information is used
Your information is used for order communication, quoting and customer service. It is not sold to third parties.
